All bookings, class reservations, and payments made to Phuket Chalong Muay Thai are final and non-refundable.
We operate a strict no-refund and no-transfer policy for all classes, memberships, and packages, except where required by law.

1. Class Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Missed classes or late arrivals are not eligible for a refund or credit.

2. Gym Cancellations

In the rare event that a class or session is canceled by Phuket Chalong Muay Thai (e.g., due to instructor illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances), we will offer a rescheduled session or class credit.

3. Memberships and Packages

All membership fees and training packages are non-refundable. Expired sessions cannot be extended or refunded.
